Kevin Blais of Hebron was presented with a scholarship check from The sons of the American Legion, Post 95, Hebron, by member Clermont Blais. Kevin, a 2010 graduate of RHAM Hign School, was chosen to receive the $1,000.00 scholarship award. Blais is looking to further his education in industrial engineering and is attending Northern Virginia Community College.
